※Tickets can only be picked up as electronic tickets. 
※When you purchase, please carefully read sentences on the purchase screen. 

【Important information】 
・Dangerous actions such as diving, moshing, and circle moshing are strictly prohibited. 
Anyone who dive or who do not follow staff's instructions is forced to leave and can not re-enter. 
If any injuries or accidents occur as a result of these dangerous actions, it must be resolved between the parties involved. 

・The infection control measure guidelines at the festival have been abolished because the government, Kanagawa Prefecture and music industry guidelines regarding COVID-19 have been abolished. 
Regarding infection control measures, please have to leave it up to the individual. 

・Purchased tickets will not be refunded except for the festival cancellation. (No refunds for illness/fever/changing admission /cancellation or change of performers/not to follow staff's instructions, etc.). 
・If the refund is occurred, only the ticket price will be refunded. Administration fee including ticket charges is not be refunded. 
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

【About Tickets/Admission】 
・Tickets cannot be used by a group. Please make sure to purchase one ticket per person. 
・Tickets are valid only on the performance date. 
・A ticket will change to a single wristband when you enter. 
・If you purchase a student discount ticket, please bring your student ID/student handbook (with photo) and ID (with photo) when you exchange your ticket to a wristband. 
If we are unable to identify your student ID, you need to pay the price difference. 
・A wristband is required to enter the venue. Please take good care of your wristband and do not remove it until the end of the festival. 
・If unauthorized entry is discovered, you are turned over to the police. We will file a claim for the damages we suffered. 
・Free for elementary school students and younger, but please be accompanied by a parent or guardian (who must have a ticket). 
However, children can not entry to the front area because of dangerous. If children are found around this area, we ask them to move to another area. 
In addition, strollers for using only for children can be brought into the venue. 
Please follow staff's instructions, never take your eyes off your children. Please give due consideration in any behaviour that might be troubling to other people.  
Anyone who does not follow these rules may be forced to leave the venue, and we make no refunds in such cases. 
・Ticket transfer and resale are strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, we take legal arrangement. 
 Viagogo, Ticket Ryutsu Center, StubHub, and Ticketjam etc. are not official sales routes. 
We cannot guarantee admission for someone who purchase tickets through any other sales routes. 
And, buying and selling tickets on above websites or C2C websites may cause trouble such as fraud. 
Please be aware that you may be subject to investigate by the police and be punished. 
We(the organizers, the venue, and the performers) take no responsibility if a problem(any accidents, incidents, injuries, etc.) occurs inside or outside the venue. 
・If any authentication errors are occurred when you enter, we verify your ID. Please be sure to bring a photo ID (driver's license, passport, My number card, etc.). 
・We are going to offer ticket trading for those who are unable to participate the festival accidentally. 
・Pets are not permitted inside the venue (except for guide dogs such as a seeing eye dog). 
The area for disabled people is available. After you purchase tickets, please call us at least one week before the festival. 
・Please ask staffs near the area for disabled people and they assist you. 

【Allowed in venue】 
・Bringing video cameras, professional cameras (with interchangeable lenses), telephoto cameras, recording equipments, action cameras, etc. are prohibited. 
・They are prohibited to bring into the venue. Items: bottles, cans, fireworks and other explosives, bicycles, skateboards, kick scooters, portable pools, water guns, professional camera equipments such as telephoto lenses over 200mm, selfie sticks, GoPros, drones, cooler boxes (soft cooler bags are allowed only if they are portable size), carts, tents, tarps, parasols, air sofas, chairs, soap bubbles, and any other items prohibited by law or that may cause inconvenience to others are also prohibited.
・There are no areas where tents, chairs, or sheets can be used. Please refrain from setting up a base as a meeting place for large groups and occupying there for long time. 
Any luggage left for reserving a spot will be removed. 
・You can bring plastic bottles, but please do not throw them onto the stage. 
・You are not allowed to wear high heels, spikes or other footwear with sharp parts. 

【About the venue/stage】 
・Photographing, filming, and recording of performers are prohibited. Please do not film or record performers on the stage including during set changes. 
If any such behavior is discovered, all media is confiscated and all data is immediately deleted. In malicious cases, filming equipments are also confiscated. 
・Please refrain from using a stroller when it is crowded. Also, please do not leave a stroller. 
・Smoking is prohibited in the venue except in smoking areas. If you smoke including electronic cigarettes, please use the smoking areas and practice social distancing there. Please refrain from talking and sitting down.
・Please do not grab a spot by placing luggages, foods, and drinks on benches or tables. Any abandoned luggages are moved to under the bench by staffs, and foods and drinks may be got rid of. 
・UV umbrellas (and umbrellas) can be used outside the stage area only during breaks or waiting in line at merchandise stores or food stalls. Do not use an umbrella while walking. 
・Please refrain from damaging any plants or facilities in the park or near the venue, and do not enter prohibited areas marked by ropes or fences. 

【About outside the venue】 
・Please come to the festival by public transportation or access bus tour. Parking for visitors is currently being arranged. We will announce you when it is decided. 
・Please refrain from any behavior that cause trouble to local such as causing trouble, illegal parking, and sleeping rough around the venue. 

【Other Terms】 
・Anyone causing a nuisance inside or outside the venue or not following staff's instructions may be forced to leave or refuse admission. 
・The organizers does not take responsibility for any accidents and thefts inside or outside the venue. 
・At this festival, videos and photos of the venue including the audience seats may be made public. Please understand it before coming. 
・Please don't wait around the venue for the performers (including staying up all night). 
Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive/come out and sitting on the street. This could cause danger to the performers and yourself, and also it could lead to accidents and trouble involving the public. 
Any accidents or incidents that occur as a result of these actions must be resolved between the parties involved. The performers, the organizers, and the venue do not take responsibility. 
If you commit malicious behavior, you may be denied admission to the venue and may be turned over to the police. 
・Anyone who causes trouble for others inside or outside the venue, does not follow staff's instructions, or is drunk is forced to leave. 
In such a case, tickets are not refunded. Any accidents, incidents, and injuries inside or outside the venue must be resolved between the parties involved. 
The organizers does not take responsibility for any accidents and trouble between visitors.
